- Can Investors view my Sponsor Profile if they have access to the Deal Summary?
- It depends on the "Settings" you've selected as the Deal Privacy "Settings" control when Investors can view a Deal Summary.
Member Privacy "Settings" control which other members can view a Sponsor Profile.
If the Member Privacy setting is "open", then in all cases investors can see your Sponsor Profile.
If your deal requires an NDA or direct contact, then once Investors receive access to the deal, they also receive access to the Sponsor's Profile.
This occurs even if your Member Privacy "Setting" is set to Private - in other words, once an NDA is signed or permission is granted by you to an Investor, the Member Privacy "Setting" is overruled and your Sponsor Profile is then visible to that particular Investor.
