- That depends on the deal's Sponsor (the one who posted the deal on our Exchange).
Deal summaries can have three security settings:
1) Open to every investor
or
2) Require the electronic signature of an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
or
3) Require investors to first contact the Sponsor in order to learn more about the opportunity.
