APREA Asian Public Real Estate Association
The Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA) is a non-profit industry association that represents the commercial real estate, real estate private equity, and real estate investment sectors in Asia Pacific on a regional basis.
APREA works to encourage greater private equity real estate investment in the commercial real estate sector in the region through the provision of better information to private equity real estate investors, improving the general operating environment, encouraging best practices and generally unifying and strengthening the commerical real estate industry.
