Associate of Real Estate Funds

The Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF) is the industry association which represents the unlisted commerical real estate and private equity fund industry in the UK and associated off-shore jurisdictions. We currently have 70 member funds including real estate private equity funds and institutional real estate equity funds with more than £30bn of assets under management. Our commerical real estate and real estate private equity member funds are represented by more than 30 investment management houses, including the majority of the largest in the UK commerical real estate private equity industry.
