Deal Funding Network provides three options to help you control access to confidential information. During the final step of adding a new Deal you will select how Investors access your deal's detailed information.
Three Confidentiality Options:
1. Open Access
2. NDA Required
Investors must sign an NDA before accessing the Deal Summary. Investors electronically sign the NDA and then receive immediate access to the Deal Summary.
3. Sponsor Contact Required
Investors cannot access confidential information until they receive explicit permission from you. When an Investor attempts to access a Private Dealpad they will receive a message directing them to first contact the Sponsor. There are two ways that you can permit Investors to view the Private Dealpad. One is to click the button embedded in the email you receive with the Investor's request for access. The other is to manually add the Investor to the list of permitted investors.
