- Investors can view the NDA and then electronically sign it by adding their initials to the required form.
Deal Funding Network collects their unique IP address as well as their basic contact information from their member Profile.
A copy of the signed NDA is emailed to you with all of the relevant information, and it is also stored in your Dashboard.
A signed NDA is considered as if the Investor is being granted permission.
You will notice that the name of each Investor that signed the NDA is automatically added to the list of permitted Investors.
